Yeah I know it's been decades since I last updated my Blog. I just decided to cut my DSL connection at home since its like 3 months that I don't have a working computer. Thanks to my 13th month pay I was able to buy a new computer. Which I will add the pic later. I am so happy with it.

Well too bad I can't post yet any pictures or videos.

Things I am hating now

I am hating CHER now! Before I always wait for their Bus when I am along EDSA. Reasons?

First: It is clean
Second: Most of them are new or reconditioned
Third: Nice Aircondioning
Fourth: They have TV that always shows movies.

But now what the F*ck are they thinking. They replaced their TV with LCD billboard. I know it's for them to earn extra bucks but didn't they realize why they put TV inside the bus in the first place? It's also irritating because what you see in those are repeated over and over again.

Another thing that pisses me off is the road going to Libis. Another bright idea of the MMDA. They just closed all the U turn slots from Pasig up to the flyover going to Kalayaan! Before I can ride a taxi and be there in less than 10 minutes but now it's really impossible. If they want to fix the traffic then they should learn how to educate those passenger jeepney's!

Last thing. I do agree that if you don't have something good to say to your neighbor then it is better to shut your mouth. Same thing with words you don't really mean it is better to shut up than to hurt somebody's feeling whom you said you consider as your friend.

I was on my way home from Zambales when my tita sent me a very disturbing message "Genny asan ka? mahina na lola mo at hinahanap kayo" At first I can't believe it. I just saw her last Thursday and there is no signs that she will be soon leaving us. The journey is so long. I want to fly just to be there right away. I am also talking to my sis who is in Dubai regarding the said issue when she said that she was informed that my lola bid us goodbye.

I was crying all throughout the trip. My lola already left us. My Lola who look after us when we are still young. My Lola who's always there when I have problems. My Lola who I love so much.

Nanay I will miss you so much. At least I know you are at peace already with our Lord and you are with Lolo after all.

It hurts!!!

Ganito pala feeling. Pwede bawiin na lang??? Was na sayang. hehehe!!!

I got the verdict.... And it is good!!!

Yesterday before going home my Team Leader and me had a coaching session. Ano pa nga ba ang topic... Yung mga absences ko. He showed me my current stats in the office and everything is above what is expected for us (syempre ako pa! mayabang!) except for the attendance. I told him that everything has a valid reason and everything is documented in black and white. Still this last month absences that I had for a week pinagpipilitan nila na invalid kasi the medical certificate didn't came from a medicard accredited doctor daw. I told him that it's not required kahit check niya sa Code of Conduct ng company. Aba magmayabang ka pa at buksan ang COC at ano ang napala... wala nga! Kasi wala namang nakasulat dun na dapat ganun. Well para huwag mahalata bigay nanaman ng excuse na it's a company policy ever since. Bakit 1 year na ako dun ngayon ko lang narinig yung policy nilang yun a. Hehehe!

Second issue is my absence after the summer outing of the company. They are blaming me because I attended the outing kaya ako ang may kasalanan bakit ako nag absent the next day. First thing.... nakapagprovide ba sila ng comfortable transportation for everybody? Nde. Pero ang ending pa rin sila pa rin daw ang tama.

I even aired my side how frustrated I am when it comes from weighing things out. Pareho sila ng Shift Supervisor ko na power trip. Nde naman marunong magbasa ng policy ng company.

And then kanina I was given a Personal Improvement Plan. Nde na daw Disciplinary Action kasi kesyo naging considerate sila. And pwede daw pa rin ako mag absent as far as I can present a medical sert kahit nde na saMedicard Doctor.

Bottomline.... Talagang mga nde nagbabasa at sumusunod sa policy.

Isa pang napatunayan ko... wala siyang guts na ipaglaban ang agent niya kasi isa siyang tuta ng matabang aso!!!

Now the war begins. Stats pala habol niyo... Gud luck sa inyo!!!

Today...

Well everything went well so far for this day. Especially if those entity's are not present at work. I was able to work well without them at sight. I was able to air my grievances to another superior who is a brother bosconian. I showed him the letter I composed to be submitted to the big entity but so far I haven't received any comments yet from him. Mama Lhen told me that the letter is full of anger (ano magagawa ko galit ako nung mga panahon na yun) and told me to rephrase some words and do some sugar coating. Hmmmm.... that I can't promise. For me, using positive scripting on this will do no good pero ano magagawa ko kesa pag initan naman ako ng mga entity. How I wish was with my Packers Family pa rin. Sana nde ako naapi ng ganito.

I'm so tired

It was a very long time since I made an update on my blog here. However, due to this extreme feeling that I am having right now wherein I thinkthis will be my only way to vent it out I just decided to write it in here.

Ever since I stepped into this Level 2 job never did I got a good remarks from my teammates or superiors. When I am doing my job more than what is required from me I got a remarks na "NAGPAPABIBO". Then I decided to be on low profile now they are giving me a more hard time. They thought that I don't give a damn about my job. What's worst, being away from work for a day or two needs a lot of explanation before they could grant your sick leaves. Under the COC it only requires you to submit a valid medical certificate but never did I ever pass through a policy saying that it needs to come from an Accredited Medicard doctor and also having a Medical Certificate provided by our company nurse is still not valid, for you still need to explain why. (Bakit nde ba nila nababasa yung reason sa med cert???)

It would be best pa nga yata not to go to the a doctor to have a check up. Might as well approached those stupid entity (That's what I will call them from now on) To ask for a medical diagnosis (Frustrated doctor yata ang mga amp!!!)

This makes me think what's the use of the COC if your superiors also have their own version.

Eto lang masasabi ko sa inyo mga entity. "I'm proud to be a Packer at mayayabang kami!!!"

I really miss you

Day by day I always think of you. Always wondering how you are doin. I am still with my promise to you. I am just hoping that you take care of yourself.

I still have 2 more weeks before the deadline. Sobra na sa trabaho kinaiingitan pa. Sa kanila na lang kaya itong mga ito. Hay!!!

One thing lang din ang narealize ko kanina. I need to think for myself. Kung ano man ibig sabihin niyan.... Abangan... Wahehehe!!!1

Catching up

I know I really owe myself a lot when it comes to updating my blog.

Since my promotion last January, I wasn't able to find a free time to surf the net and even update my blog. Been so busy with my current position. Well to summarize it all.

***January***

I was promoted to a level 2 agent and was given a chance to work with the techies on the floor. Actually the promotions doesn't mean that I will no longer be accepting Level 1 calls but instead we became super tech's (as we call ourselves) that is because aside from Level 2 escalation we still receive Level 1 calls which is so really unfair. Added to that, I am not supporting American accounts only but including Canadian account, Corporate Customers, Service center technicians (na halos lahat panay engot) at minsan Info level calls.

Also in this month I was assigned as one of the Information Security Associate which directly reports to Siemens Inc. and not Toshiba. As of now, I am the only agent who is the member of this group. Part of the team are our some Team Leaders, Shift Supervisor, Trainor, IT personnel and Account Managers. (Kaya nakakahiyang magpetiks)

***February***

Well there is nothing new with my daily routine. Still have the boring schedule. During this month maitatanong mo sa sarili mo how our company choose somebody to become a Team Leader. Mas marami pang alam yung iba kaysa sa kanila. Kahit ako, I have my fair share of experience with it. I know how to read baka ikaw nde. Hehehe! Kaya nga malakas ang loob ko dahil alam kong ang ginagawa ko is not againts any policy of the company.

***March***

Hay. Eto na yata ang pinakamasahol na month. I was assigned to handle 2 batches of trainees. They should be under my supervision since monday pero akalain mo walang nag inform sa akin. I was just informed by my previous Shift Supervisor about my new task nung pagkatapos ng shift ko ng Monday and the following day nde pwede kaming maging OIC kasi 2 lang kaming Level 2 agents. Napakagaling kasi ng Workforce namin. Pati nagresign isinasama pa sa bilang. Wednesday up to Friday I was handling the two batches of trainees na. Dun ko napansin na masarap talaga maghandle ng new breeds and andun din yung pressure kasi you have the authority to give recommendation na iterminate ang isang agent kasi nde fit for the job. Until now nde ko pa alam paano ko gagawin yung recomendation nung isa.

Aside from a very stressful job. May nagsabi sa akin na maraming naiinis sa akin. Masyado daw ako pabibo. They cannot accept that I am the youngest batch na part ng level 2. Mas naiinis pa daw sila kasi nde ako nagtatanong sa kanila. Ano magagawa ko kung wala naman akong kailangang itanong sa kanila. Added to it, bakit daw ako naging OIC kaagad ng mga trainees. Hay! Crab Mentality nga talaga sa pilipinas.

Basta ako alam ko na ang ginagawa ko ay kung ano ang trabaho ko. Kung may problema sila sa akin. MAMATAY KAYO SA INGGIT! TAMAD KASI KAYO!!!

At long last

I been hearing the rumors even the last week of December but I finally got the confirmation last January 1. At long last, I got my promotion. I've been elevated to Level 2. Even though it took me a lot of interviews for different positions I think it's better to start on this. I know this is kinda late update. I'm sorry it's only now that I find time to update my blog and the rest of the updates are still in drafts. Tonight will be the last day of training and on Monday will be the usual working day except for I'll be taking in calls for Level 2 support. So goodluck for me.
